  3. Cost Effective Cleaning and Maintenance Plans available that save money in the long-run – don’t let the fungus eat away your roof.

Appearance:

Appearance is extremely important for homeowner associations and condominium associations.  The residents that live in these dwellings expect to have a tidy and clean area to live it.  Most the time, there are many rules to abide by when living in these communities.  It is very important to have a clean living environment for several reasons, but here are just a few:

  • First appearance to potential new homeowners is important – no one wants to live in an area that has no curb appeal.
  • Homeowners want a peaceful and beautiful area to live in
  • A dirty roof with debris and algae does not look good against dark green fertilized and cut grass, or neat and tidy landscapes.

Eco-Friendly Products:

Hoover Pressure Cleaning specializes in Plant Friendly power washing & Eco-Friendly products and services.  From pressure sensitive cleaning methods to Eco-Friendly cleaning solutions, you know it will be a right choice for the environment in your association.  Hoover Pressure Cleaning offers Roof-A-Cide, a proprietary mixture of cleaning agents and EPA approved algaecides that are extremely effective in controlling recurring discoloration on tile, and asphalt shingle roof surfaces. Cost Effective:

As you know, keeping a clean roof is eye pleasing to anyone, but did you also know it is cost effective?  Keeping a clean roof allows the roof to do part of its job, which is reflecting heat. When there is dirt, debris and fungus on a roof it cannot effectively reflect heat, which increases energy bills.  Plus, the fungus is a living organism binding and eating away at all it lives on.  Therefore, without pressure washing or keeping it away the life of your exterior paint, roof and anything it grows on is lessened.

When using the Roof-A-Cide product, Hoover Pressure Cleaning will do the work in making sure you have your bi-annual maintenance done.  They will notify you when it is time to reapply and this is a great option for any busy community manager, there is no pressure on you or any of the staff to make sure they remember in 2 years when to get the work done.

You will simply be added to the ‘Forever Clean’ program and Hoover Pressure Cleaning handles the rest.  This will help save money for you in operating costs for your community managers.

Curb Appeal – An appearance that says your home is clean, well maintained and inviting, it is also known as a certain characteristic that appeals to you, whether it be the charming landscape, a white picket fence or maybe even a designer paver driveway or barrel tile roof.

More importantly, what does Curb Appeal mean to you?  Curb appeal is a phrase that has homeowners, real estate agents, condo associations and communities buzzing.  This little phrase has become very popular and widely used among all mortgage holders in the United States.

The term was extensively used during the housing boom and continues to be used as an indicator of the initial appeal of a property.  Many people describe curb appeal differently, but the common agreement is –Residential or Commercial Property with Curb Appeal is inviting, creates a sense of charm and shows off a homes own given personality!

Now imagine driving through a neighborhood, yours even, where that perfect house in Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte or Lee Counties is now showing oil stains on the driveway, mildew or black streaks on the roof or a dirty front entry way.  An unkempt home can instantly lose the “IT” factor and sabotage curb appeal for the entire neighborhood.  These issues creep up on the homeowner very quickly and our teams at Hoover Pressure Cleaning are here to assist you in rejuvenating your home!

There are many ways to refresh your home, but one of the most important is keeping up with a pressure cleaning maintenance plan to extend the life of your roof and add value to your home.

Whether you live in Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, Englewood, North Port, Port Charlotte or Punta Gorda –  Hoover Pressure Cleaning -‘The Plant Friendly People™ ’ is an authorized technician of the SEAL’nLOCK™ System for Southwest Florida.

The SEAL’nLOCK™ System and family of products are manufactured right in Clearwater, FL.– almost in our  own backyard!

The SEAL’nLOCK™ System is the first ever ‘All in One Day Process’ and environmentally safe product – with an algae and mold inhibitor, that is water based, non-toxic and does not produce an odor so it is user friendly and safe to use around your children, pets and plants.  This system dries in hours – not days and produces an appealing luster and protection for your pavers for years.  Additionally, as it wears off there is NO flaking, spotting or stripping needed – EVER!

Hoover Pressure Cleaning offers three sealer choices to choose from using the SEALn’LOCK™ System- which are all environmentally safe to use with
low VOCs and no odor.  They provide superior protection to your pavers and will extend the life of you investment.

  • Natural Luster, Enhanced Natural Luster and Super Wet Sealers

-  Natural Luster is a urethane modified acrylic sealer (with an algae and mold inhibitor) that provides a natural luster.  The procedure for this system is
simple:  Pressure wash, rinse and wet-sand the paver joints, apply two coats of Natural Luster sealer.  The first coat of sealer is applied to start the sealing process and stabilize the paver sand between the joints, the second coat of sealer is the final coat which is the protective barrier for the pavers.

-  Enhanced Natural Luster is a two part water based pure urethane modified acrylic sealer, it provides an enhanced natural luster.  The procedure for this
system is as follows:  Pressure wash, rinse and wet-sand the paver joints.  Super Wet sealer is applied in order to enhance the colors in the pavers.  The coat of Super Wet sealer starts the sealing process and stabilizes the sand between the joints.  Then a coat of Natural Luster is applied to lock the sand in place and provide the protective barrier to the pavers.

-  Super Wet is a two-part water based pure urethane sealer that provides an enhanced wet look.  The procedure for this system is as follows:  Pressure wash, rinse and wet-sand the paver joints, apply two coats of Super Wet sealer.  The first coat starts the sealing process and stabilizes the paver sand between the joints, the second coat is applied to provide a longer lasting protective barrier to the pavers.

Having the professionals at Hoover Pressure Cleaning, ‘The Plant Friendly People™ ’, install the SEAL’nLOCK™ System on your brick pavers will not only improve the look of your pavers and add curb appeal, but it will help protect this investment for your home.  Most importantly, this system is ECO-Friendly and is still superior in protection for your paver patio, deck or driveway.

Are you looking for a way to keep your tile or asphalt roof clean… even after it’s been cleaned?

Imagine you had just pressure cleaned your old, unattractive roof that contained dirt and algae.  Then a few months down the road, you notice the beautiful roof you just had cleaned, starts to build up that dirty look again.   The unsightly algae and fungus has started to grow (which can eventually cause damage).

Now that we have you thinking, what if there was a product that is safe for your plants, your pets and will hinder the algae formation on your roof while protecting the breakdown of tile and wear and tear of the continued need of cleaning your roof?

Luckily, there is a product available in South West Florida that is environmentally friendly, EPA approved AND approved by the tile and shingle manufacturers’ and does such a thing.  Imagine that right?  Roof-A-Cide ®is available by Hoover Pressure Cleaning, and we service Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte and Lee Counties.  This includes the cities of Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Nokomis, Osprey, Venice, Englewood (Cape Haze/Placida), North Port, Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda.

1.       Environmentally Safe

Roof-A-Cide ®is available through Hoover Pressure Cleaning – “The Plant Friendly People”.  Roof-A-Cide® is a proprietary mixture of cleaning agents and EPA approved algaecides that are extremely effective in controlling recurring discoloration on tile and asphalt shingle roof surfaces. It is applied to the roof surface and will keep it clean for at least 2 years! When applied every two years, the unsightly stains will NEVER return – GUARANTEED!   NO MORE CLEANING!

2.       Prevention

Nasty fungus, algae and mold grow on dirt and may cause costly damage to your roof.  Not only do these organisms have an undesirable look to your home or business, but they can cause damage by breaking down the tiles or shingles on your roof over time and may cause problems.   The algae and fungus attach to dirt on your home and will make its way to the surface of the shingle.  Once it has adhered itself to the shingle it starts to break it down by feeding on the dead organic matter used in the construction process of the shingle.  Protective granules then begin to fall off and early corrosion of the shingles occur.  Algae loves to bind into the tile making it difficult to remove.  Roof-A-Cide® has been preventing roof algae for nearly 20 years and is proven and serving over 12 algae growing states.

3.        Warranty and Guarantee

It is guaranteed that Roof-A-Cide® will protect the roof surface against recurring algae, mold, mildew and fungus for a period of 2 full years.  In the unlikely event of a recurrence of growth within the time frame, the discolored area will be cleaned and/or treated at no additional cost to the customer.  What does this mean to you?  It means not only do you have the full 2 year guarantee from the manufacturer of Roof-A-Cide®, but you also have a full 2 year warranty from Hoover Pressure Cleaning, the Authorized Applicator.

With a preventative treatment every two years, the roof will remain free and clear of algae, mold, mildew and fungus for the life of the roof – Guaranteed.
